What is Tae Kwon Do?
Tae Kwon Do began in Korea over 2000 years ago and has transformed over time to what we practice today. Tae Kwon Do translated literally mean “the way of the hand and the foot”. Designed as a nonviolent form of self-defense, it is an exercise in respect, discipline, and self-control.
Modern Tae Kwon Do is arguably the most popular martial arts in the world. A great way to improve physical fitness, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
